The Clay County Utility Authority “CCUA” team would like to wish our customers and their family the warmest of holiday tidings filled with laughter and joy. As we approach the new year, we are thankful for the blessings this year has bestowed upon us and pray for warmth and peace for those who have lost loved ones over the past year.

CCUA considers community support and engagement important. We support the community in many ways beyond providing utility service to our customers. We partner with local charities within Clay County. If you are interested in participating, your December bill will include a message detailing our holiday gifting and food pantry collections including the following:

• We have partnered with Kids First of Florida and will be collecting toys and gift cards. Join us in our effort to provide children in Clay County a wonderful holiday season. To learn more about Kids First of Florida visit https://kidsfirstofflorida.org/
• We have also partnered with the Orange Park Community Food Pantry. We will be collecting nonperishable food items to benefit local families in need.

In preparation for the holiday season, CCUA respectfully request each of our customers assistance in protecting you, your neighbors, and the environment. We ask that you avoid placing fats, oils, and grease down the drain. Placing these items in the drain may cause serious damage to your drainage system and potentially lead to an environmental incident including sewage backup. By simply collecting the fats, oils, and grease and placing those items in the trash, you are helping us stop back-ups that may affect your home, your neighbors, and the environment.
